Hello, I'm Marie-Lynn André.

I've been a real estate broker for almost 20 years, 17 of them as part of the RE/MAX Royal Jordan family. I'm from Soulanges. It's where I grew up and where I work, and over the years I've come to know Vaudreuil-Soulanges and Greater Valleyfield inside and out.

Before real estate, I spent about ten years in the restaurant industry. It taught me a great deal about customer service, listening, being available and, above all, taking good care of people. I still bring those values to every transaction.

Then I chose to follow my true passion: real estate. I was lucky to learn alongside my father and colleague, Jacques Laplante, who has more than 40 years of experience. He taught me much more than the ins and outs of the profession. He passed on his passion.

After all these years, what I still love most about my work is the human connection. Behind every house there's a story, a plan, sometimes a fresh start. My role isn't just to sell a property or negotiate a price. It's to be there for my clients: to advise, explain, anticipate problems and guide them from the very beginning right up to the day they get the keys.

I'm a hands-on broker. I like to know my properties, understand my market, analyze the comparables and come prepared when it's time to negotiate. I firmly believe that experience, local knowledge and a sound strategy can make all the difference in a transaction.

Most of all, I want my clients to feel comfortable with me. I want them to know they can call me and ask their questions, and that they'll get honest answers and advice tailored to their situation.

I'm also very proud to work with a strong, experienced team. Together, we put our strengths and our many years of experience to work for our clients, so their transaction is as simple, secure and pleasant as possible.

Even after almost 20 years, I love my job as much as ever. Every property is different, every transaction brings its own challenges and every client has their own story. That's exactly what keeps me so passionate.
